Order confirmation
We confirm orders via Whatsapp, Telegram or e-mail. Orders placed before 3 p.m. are confirmed the same day, orders placed after that time are confirmed the next working day. You can discuss all the details with our customer service. Personalized sweatshirts and hoodies take 15 working days to be made, please take that into consideration when ordering. Once custom-made items are ready to be shipped, our customer service will notify you.
Exchange and returns
You may return your order up to 28 days after you receive the items, please email us to organise this. Any items you wish to return must be in perfect condition, still in their original packaging and have the swing tag attached. If you receive a personalized item and we have written the incorrect name, let us know and we will replace it for you free of charge.
